A diagnostic evaluation session consists of 3 steps.

In the first stage, parents will complete the official questionnaires.

In the second stage, during the face-to-face interview with the parents, the individual and family history of the child will be received in detail, and at the same time, the child’s behavior will be observed during the face-to-face interview with parents. At this stage the child is also exposed to communication games to assess the child’s verbal and nonverbal communication skills (joint attention).

In the third stage, with the presence of specialists, the information obtained from the previous two stages is summarized and clinical diagnosis is made. Definitive diagnosis requires diagnosis, at least by two specialists who are unaware of each other’s diagnosis.
